OPC does not create either of those. It activates what you already have.

Our price is pure di-factory labor — no cloud infrastructure, no SaaS licenses, no vendor margins. You contract directly with AWS (or GCP/Azure), OpenAI (or Anthropic), and any other tools. Every third-party invoice goes straight to you, unmodified. di-factory takes zero markup, zero rebate, zero commission. This is our Cost Transparency Principle — in writing in every OPC contract.

You own everything from day one. The cloud account is yours (we deploy into it, we don't host it). The agent configurations we build for your company are yours. The data is yours. di-factory retains the underlying methodology (the "how we teach agents to think"), licensed to you for the life of your engagement.
